Anna has a multicultural background and over 10 years of experience in Full-cycle Recruitment and Talent Acquisition both in-house and externally, leading recruitment processes across the globe within Hi-tech, Digital Forensics, SATCOM/ Space & Defense, and Life Science industries with international companies at all sizes from startup to big corporates working across all departments.
As a trusted talent advisor and partner to stakeholders, Anna has scaled up teams from scratch and led searches for very niche and hard-to-fill positions while providing market intelligence insights to clients. She is always thinking out of the box and bringing creativity to recruitment methods, strategy, improving processes, and candidate experience journey, always looking for the best solutions.
As part of our Embedded Solution’s group she provides recruitment scale up solutions by working alongside and within your Human Resources group. She leads and improves key recruitment processes, can manage external suppliers, design technical assessments, aid in the selection and sourcing of applicant tracking systems, and coach / mentor hiring managers in effective process management.
Anna in her free time loves to connect with people from different cultures, travel, and spend time outdoors hiking with her Labrador & Dobermann mix pooch and her partner.
