Eugene is a graduate of Business and Management from Bournemouth University and has 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, both agency and in-house across Engineering, Manufacturing, Software and Data, Eugene has been working in the Space sector for over 5 years with an enviable candidate and client list reliant on his unique ability to understand the demands of one of the fastest growing global industries.
Previously the Lead Recruiter for Open Cosmos, one of the fastest growing space companies in Europe, Eugene has invaluable experience that enables him to understand the internal and external struggles faced by Space and Technology companies. He understands the importance of working partnership with businesses to develop and grow high performing teams with an approach that puts the needs of the person and their career ambitions at the forefront of everything he does.
As Head of Space and Technology, Eugene brings a wealth of knowledge to the Impel Talent team with an outstanding track record of delivery throughout his career.
