Karen brings HR practices and Inclusion initiatives to the forefront by advising Impel on strategy and processes.
Karen has over 15 years of experience as an HR Manager with large FMCG companies (Homebase & Sainsbury’s). She then spent 7 years working in nonprofits and charity organisations leading as Director of Fundraising and 5 years in business development for marketing services for large scale hiring projects. She has covered roles across two continents working for a diverse range of employers from a fast paced corporate environment (+150,000 employees) to working within the cost driven non-profit sector to a small entrepreneurial business employing a staff of less than 20. Karen brings a large range of experience which that allows her to evaluate the impact Impel has on our community, our team, and the environment.
