Maximiliaan is our accomplished European Director of Contracts and he is taking the lead in establishing our European Office in the Netherlands. His expertise extends to overseeing the contract and interim desk for the Renewable Energy, Space & Technology, and Life Sciences sectors.
Beginning his recruitment journey in 2014 as an associate consultant in the pharmaceutical industry, Maximiliaan quickly recognised the potential for a different approach, leveraging his background in Hotel Management to elevate service levels. Through his dedication, he fostered strong relationships among clients and candidates, continually striving to enhance the recruitment process day by day.
Driven by a desire to build something meaningful and proud of, Maximiliaan joined Impel Talent, drawn by a shared vision with Nathaniel Chapman, Founder and CEO of Impel Talent. Their aligned thoughts and ambitions culminated in a decision to join forces, blending Maximiliaan’s aspiration to create a business with Impel’s expansion plans.
