As Talent Business Partner Reneesha works closely with Terentia Browne, Director of Career Coaching and Leadership Development, in leading the exploration and creation of new innovative products for our valued clients. Utilising her first-hand experience leading high performing teams, Reneesha works with clients to develop and support their own teams on their leadership journey.
Reneesha is an Analytical Chemistry graduate and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree. With an all-rounded business acumen coupled with the extensive experience she has gained in 22 years in STEM industries, she has worked successfully in key corporate roles championing sustainability and ensuring corporate social responsibility and ethics are upheld.
With a strong proven track record of delivering people development skills encompassing all training needs in associated fields Reneesha is a skilled Trainer, Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator and has been certified by the educational body of South Africa. Having served on numerous educational advisory boards imparting methodologies and skills development facilitation; inclusive of mentoring, coaching, and developing future graduates, she thrives when empowering others with knowledge to assist in their individual growth.
When not helping others excel in their career, Reneesha can be found reading and listening to inspirational stories or experimenting with new culinary skills honouring her passion and love of food which was inherited from her late mum. She also hosts and project manages many events, and her public speaking talent gives her joy when engaging a wider audience. To complete her life, Reneesha’s main priority is quality family time with her husband Vishal, and children, Tariq and Sejal – her absolute joys in her life!
