With a strong background in B2B consulting and corporate sales, Tom will lead our Leadership Development & Coaching sales function, adopting a proactive and hands-on approach to fostering commercial relationships and partnerships.
His career began in the media industry, where he played a significant role in the digital team at Trinity Mirror Group, contributing to the relaunch of the Daily Mirror website and collaborating with major global brands on integrated advertising campaigns.
Transitioning into the software sector, Tom held board-level positions in commercial roles for two SaaS-based online marketplaces. Guided by his personal ethos, “If you’re not learning, you’re not living,” Tom has ventured into the Learning & Development field, where he thrives on collaborating with partners to achieve personal and professional growth. As the Global Partnership Development Lead, Tom is committed to cultivating meaningful global partnerships and engaging with senior HR leaders to drive impactful change through tailored learning and coaching programs.
