At Impel Talent, corporate responsibility is at the heart of our business. We take responsibility for our actions and the impact it has on our employees, stakeholders, and communities. We pride ourselves in the initiatives that will help build a better world, by taking part in various community and global initiatives around the globe.
We donate to a different charity every quarter and tie our donations into the direct impact we make with our candidates, delegates, and clients. We donate funds based on every job placement made, our own internal hires, and every graduated delegate from our coaching programs. At the end of the year, we also plant a tree (outside of our quarterly initiatives) based on the same KPIs, which we hope will be symbolic for the growth of the individuals we have supported over the financial year.
Impact and Inclusion are core values for us at Impel Talent and we like to celebrate the work we have done to elevate businesses and individuals by giving back to our community. This year is our biggest year ever for donations, and it’s because of the hard work of our global team.
