We’re seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Automation Engineer to spearhead engineering efforts across operations, production, construction, and maintenance. You’ll lead high-impact projects, oversee key EPCMs, ensuring cost-effective, on-time delivery while maximizing financial performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a new expansion project with precision, delivering results aligned with best practices. This will be validation and the set up of machines across Delta V and Siemens for an entire facility, after which you will become and own the entire system.
- Lead project teams, setting priorities, making key decisions, and ensuring smooth execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and foster team motivation and cohesion.
- Develop technical solutions, optimize equipment, and ensure asset reliability throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage budgets, address risks, and ensure compliance, HSE, and regulatory standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and lean methodologies across all activities.
What You’ll Need:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Instrumentation, or similar) Or IT Degree.
- Experience in DeltaV and Siemens systems (preference on DeltaV)
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in project management.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry, chemical, food and beverage, or automotive preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental principles, and budget control practices.
- Fluency in English.
