These terms apply to the website only. Recruitment, executive search, embedded talent, leadership development, coaching, assessments, programmes and other services are governed by the proposal, engagement confirmation, service agreement or other terms supplied for the particular engagement.

Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:

Vacancies, candidates and applications

Publication of a vacancy does not guarantee that the role remains available, that an application will be submitted to a client, that an interview will be offered or that an appointment will be made.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, current and not misleading. Impel Talent may verify relevant information, request references or supporting evidence, and assess suitability using professional judgement and agreed tools.
No employment relationship is created between a candidate and Impel Talent merely through use of this website or participation in a recruitment process.
Impel Connect and other external platforms
Links may take you to Impel Connect, booking tools, event platforms, job systems, social networks or other services hosted on a separate domain. Those services may have additional terms, privacy information and account requirements.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Contact the relevant platform and Impel Talent promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Information and materials you submit
You confirm that information and materials you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide them, and that they do not unlawfully infringe another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or other rights.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, confidential business material or personal data about another person unless the relevant process requests it and you are authorised to provide it.
You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant Impel Talent the rights reasonably required to receive, store, copy, review and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
