Nontokozo joined Impel Talent as an intern and has since progressed to Senior Associate - Web, Systems & AI, growing alongside the systems, platforms and digital infrastructure she has helped shape.

At heart, she is a builder and systems thinker. She enjoys taking complex problems, understanding how the pieces connect and turning them into practical systems that make work simpler, smarter and more effective. Her work spans web platforms, digital infrastructure, integrations, automation, AI adoption and user experience, including the development and ongoing evolution of Impel Connect.

With a foundation in Data Science, Nontokozo brings analytical thinking, curiosity and experimentation to the way she approaches technology. She is particularly interested in how well-designed systems can connect people, information and processes, and how technology can serve as a strategic enabler for the organisation.

Building is the part she enjoys most. Whether she is solving a technical problem, improving an existing system or experimenting with a new way of working, the challenge rarely feels tedious because it sits so naturally within what she loves doing: understanding how things work and finding better ways for them to work together.
