Founder and CEO
Nathaniel leads Impel Talent’s team of forward-thinking professionals, combining executive search, talent strategy and a strong belief in genuine human connection.
After graduating in 2013, Nathaniel began his career leading distribution operations across warehousing and logistics at Target, a Fortune 500 company. Following international travel and a move to the UK, he entered executive search with Proco Global, working across complex supply-chain appointments.
His sector knowledge and commercial drive led him to create and grow Proco Associates, where he managed substantial recruitment projects for specialist and middle-management roles supporting greenfield and brownfield manufacturing and supply-chain expansion.
Nathaniel founded Impel Talent to create more valuable, long-term partnerships for candidates and clients. He has since built an extensive record of hiring for organisations ranging from strategic start-ups to global corporations across multiple sectors.
Outside work, Nathaniel plays rugby, walks his dog Pepper, enjoys good food and winds down with books and a glass of red wine.

Co-Founder and Director of Career Coaching and Leadership Development
Terentia brings together engineering leadership, coaching credentials and first-hand experience of building high-performing, cross-cultural teams.
Terentia graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and has continued her professional development through qualifications in project management, leadership and coaching.
Her corporate career includes roles with Johnson Matthey, the South African Sugar Association, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson. She has led large teams through demanding engineering programmes, built performance in pressurised environments and coached individuals through pivotal career moments.
In 2019 she received the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award and completed Johnson & Johnson’s Accelerated Women’s Leadership programme. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach and Trainer.
At Impel Talent, Terentia leads leadership-development programmes including Emerge and Evolve, supporting organisations to recruit, retain and develop capable leaders. Away from work, she enjoys baking and playing the piano.

Non-Executive Director
Greg brings board-level perspective and more than 30 years of experience building, investing in and transforming businesses.
Greg is a talent, training and business-change specialist with more than three decades of success developing profitable organisations at board and owner level across the UK, EMEA and Africa.
His experience spans acquisitions, investment, start-up growth and SME restructuring. This gives Impel Talent practical guidance as the business expands its services, markets and operating model.
Alongside leading businesses through scale and successful exits, Greg has advised organisations through his consultancy, GMA, helping leadership teams navigate change with greater commercial clarity.

Associate Partner
Reneesha helps clients develop capable, self-aware leaders by combining coaching, emotional intelligence and real-world team leadership.
Reneesha works across career coaching and leadership development, contributing to the design of innovative products and supporting clients as they build and develop their own high-performing teams.
She holds a degree in Analytical Chemistry and an MBA. Across 22 years in STEM industries, she has held significant corporate roles involving sustainability, corporate social responsibility, ethics and people development.
Reneesha is an experienced trainer, facilitator, assessor and moderator, certified through South Africa’s education and training system. She has served on educational advisory boards and is deeply committed to mentoring, coaching and developing future talent.
Outside work, she enjoys inspirational stories, experimenting in the kitchen, organising events and public speaking.

Associate Partner - Data Centres, Crypto Mining & Solar Infrastructure
David brings more than 35 years of operational leadership across international infrastructure, energy solutions and high-performance facilities.
David currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Operations at Storm Group. His career has centred on large-scale facility delivery, process improvement, energy solutions and high-performance data centres.
At Impel Talent, he turns practical, boots-on-the-ground operational expertise into a clear advantage for clients. He understands data-centre, crypto-mining and solar talent markets because he has personally managed and scaled complex operations in these environments.
Whether identifying a strategic COO, an operations leader or a project director, David brings peer-level insight that helps the search move beyond job titles and uncover people with the judgement and human leadership required to deliver.

Associate Partner, Technology
Roko leads Impel Talent’s technology recruitment practice, combining executive-search discipline with hands-on experience scaling recruitment operations.
Roko began his recruitment career in 2012 at Pedersen & Partners, working across research, candidate identification and client reporting within a global executive-search environment.
He went on to work across boutique search, management consulting and high-growth staffing businesses in Croatia, the DACH region and international markets, developing a strong commercial instinct and a focus on career-changing placements.
Over the last decade, Roko has repeatedly built recruitment functions from the ground up. He also leads recruitment for a US-based enterprise software engineering consultancy, where he helped scale the organisation from one person to more than 100 in under three years.
His network spans senior engineers, engineering leaders and C-suite executives across CEE, DACH and the US. Outside work, he enjoys the Adriatic Sea, fishing, diving, boats, performance cars and watches.

Talent Associate
Elif supports the full recruitment lifecycle across regions, combining process discipline with thoughtful candidate communication.
Elif has experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
As a Talent Associate, she works from sourcing and market mapping through interview coordination and candidate engagement. She values the conversation behind every role and the difference the right opportunity can make to a person’s working life.
Her academic background in Human Resources and Psychology helps her combine process awareness with a strong understanding of people and context. She is known for professionalism, reliability and clear communication in fast-moving environments.
Outside work, Elif enjoys nature sports, camping, trekking and spending time with animals.

Web, Systems & AI Associate
Nontokozo’s journey at Impel Talent reflects a progression from curious builder to systems thinker, strengthening the organisation’s digital foundations.
After joining Impel Talent as an intern, Nontokozo progressed into a permanent associate role through her ability to turn curiosity into practical execution and improve how technology supports people and performance.
She has contributed to core platforms and integrations, including the development and evolution of Impel Connect from early user research through ongoing optimisation. Her work spans digital infrastructure, automation, AI adoption and user experience.
With a foundation in Data Science and a strong interest in enterprise systems, Nontokozo treats technology as a strategic enabler. She also supports teams and users directly, helping ensure platforms remain accessible, intuitive and reliable.
Her work is guided by the belief that thoughtfully designed systems create clarity, unlock potential and help teams perform at their best.

Customer Success Associate
Tariq combines analytical depth, people-centred thinking and a strong interest in how data can strengthen human potential.
Tariq completed a BCom in Management Studies at the University of Cape Town, majoring in Data Analytics and Applied Statistics, and is pursuing Honours studies in Finance and Portfolio Management.
At Impel Talent, he supports customer success so that clients not only adopt solutions but gain lasting value from them. He also contributed to the development of Impel Connect, helping shape a platform designed to improve learning, engagement and connection.
His experience includes moderating global leadership programmes with the Aspire Institute at Harvard Business School. He brings analytical capability and emotional intelligence to the design of human-centred learning ecosystems.
Tariq believes high-performing teams emerge where insight, empathy and continuous growth meet.

Scholarship and Social Impact Coordinator
Bengu combines a passion for science and learning with experience in education, international projects and digital learning.
Bengu holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Technical University of Munich. She began her career as a science teacher, using creative approaches to make learning engaging and accessible.
She later coordinated EU-funded programmes including Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+, before moving into international Learning & Development roles where she designed onboarding programmes and digital training solutions.
At Impel Talent, Bengu coordinates the Robert Chapman Scholarship Programme, bringing together science education, project management and social impact to help students explore their potential through science-fiction storytelling.
Outside work, she enjoys popular science, watercolour painting and mindfulness.

Leadership Development Coach & Advisor
Charmaine brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility across European R&D operations.
Charmaine spent more than two decades leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry, culminating in a role as Vice President and Head of an R&D Europe Regional Centre.
Her career includes strategic process design, integrations, transformation and leadership across complex international, multifunctional and multicultural environments. She is particularly passionate about inclusive cultures where people can grow and contribute fully.
At Takeda, Charmaine established an R&D Centre of Excellence in Europe, created infrastructure for regional needs and received a People & Culture award for strengthening relationships and culture. She also contributed to steering groups and advisory boards focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.
At Impel Talent, she supports European clients through leadership development, career coaching and culture advisory. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, family time and continued learning.

Affiliate Leadership Coach
Kristel combines scientific rigour, cross-cultural management experience and empathetic coaching to create safe, thoughtful development spaces.
Kristel has a background as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in the global pharmaceutical industry, where she balanced high-level strategy with close attention to detail and managed two teams over six years.
Her scientific background supports an analytical approach to understanding information, identifying what matters and asking questions that reach the core of an issue. She pairs this with empathy and careful reflection in her coaching practice.
Kristel has worked with colleagues across Europe, Asia and the United States. Her development from a strongly rational management style toward more heart-led leadership shapes the way she helps clients feel seen, heard and able to work more effectively together.
After completing Impel Talent’s EMERGE programme, she chose to pursue leadership coaching aligned with ICF and MMS standards.

Affiliate Leadership Coach
Marie helps professionals uncover internal resources, move beyond obstacles and reach ambitious goals in a fulfilling, human way.
Marie began her career as a European Product Manager in the global pharmaceutical industry, managing teams across Europe for almost a decade and working in highly results-focused environments.
Her interest in the human factors behind organisational performance led her into coaching in 2012. Since then, she has developed a consistent practice focused on bringing human dimensions into professional development.
Marie uses approaches including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, Nonviolent Communication and Gallup Strengths, working in line with ICF standards to help clients move beyond obstacles and reach professional goals.
Having lived and worked in France, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Sweden, she brings a multicultural perspective and strong capability in online coaching and facilitation. Her style is energetic, positive, generous and pragmatic.
